1. NGOs with clear mission aligned to the social impact.
2. Demonstrate community impact.
3. Strong leadership with high community standing (to be tested)
4. At least 3 years operations but not necessarily audited financials
5. Must have domestic/local registration.
6. Not blacklisted by any funder, bank or in a current receivership/lien position
7. Interested in Shared Services support.
8. Capacity to engage in the shared services process.
9. Committed to transparency and due diligence, including evaluation.
10. Open to working in a cohort structure.

8. Annual budget/turnover for the current or most recent fiscal year *Please indicate currency. Founding document (e.g. Certificate of Incorporation, or the equivalent) *Please note that these documents are a compulsory part of the screening process.
9. Most recent annual report, investor deck or report of a similar nature Reference letter from TWO of your donors

The Shared Services Platform is a new initiative that aims to provide operational support services to local NGOs and CBOs in order to unlock international funding and build domestic civil society.

An organization should be able to clearly express their social objectives, including the impact they are trying to achieve, who they aim to help, how they plan to do this and including measure of impact.
